DESCRIPTION:2 jours de formation en présentiel pour découvrir des outils concrets issus de la Communication Non Violente (CNV)\, spécialement adaptés aux collectifs où l’on vit et décide ensemble sur le long terme. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nS’inscrire\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nPendant deux journées\, les participant.e.s exploreront comment : \n\n\n\n\nIdentifier ce qui bloque le dialogue\n\n\n\nClarifier les besoins et les demandes\n\n\n\nFavoriser la compréhension mutuelle\n\n\n\nPrévenir l’escalade des tensions\n\n\n\n\nL’approche est participative et ancrée dans les situations réelles des groupes  \n\n\n\nJOUR 1 : CONNEXION À SOI \n\n\n\n1. L’intention comme préalable  \n\n\n\n2. Les formes d’expression qui ferment vs qui ouvrent le dialogue  \n\n\n\n3. Les 4 étapes du processus CNV  \n\n\n\n4.
