Cycle de formation à l’habitat participatif grand public

Le réseau Habitat Participatif Ouest (HPO), dont notre association est membre, à la plaisir de vous proposez à nouveau un cycle de formation grand public au sujet de l’habitat participatif.

Vous étiez plus de 60 inscrits pour suivre le 1er webinaire HPO, en février dernier. Nous avons décidé de le renouveler entre septembre et octobre 2021.

En format Webinaire (Visio-conférence)

4 modules de 2h, de 18h à 20h.
Animés par l’Epok et l’EchoHabitant.

• 22 septembre  : Module 1 – Habiter en participatif
• 29 septembre : Module 2 – L’opération immobilière participative
• 6 octobre : Module 3 – La dynamique collective dans un projet d’habitat participatif
• 13 octobre : Module 4 – Conduire un projet d’habitat participatif

Il n’abordera que superficiellement les problématiques économiques et juridiques, et tentera d’appuyer les premiers pas de celles et ceux tout juste ou prochainement engagés dans un projet d’habitat participatif.

HPO est partenaire d’une formation en ligne proposée aux élus et services techniques des collectivités territoriales et administrations publiques de Bretagne & Pays-de-la-Loire par les associations L’Epok et l’Echo-habitants.

• 16 novembre, 18H-20H : Les spécificités de montage et de conduite d’un projet immobilier participatif.
